Making an Appointment
All consultations are by appointment only so that the vet has the time to examine your pet thoroughly. We do aim to make appointments to suit you. If you are unable to attend your appointment or are going to be late, please let us know as early as possible.

We are not an emergency clinic.
If you are an existing client and plan to bring your new animal to us, please ensure you register them first BEFORE you need us in an emergency.
A consultation is required to register any animal. Call us now for our next available appointment.
A deposit is payable for all new clients when booking their first appointment - we can accept card payments over the phone for this.
Before your First Visit
If your animal is already registered with another practice, please tell us the details so we can get their records.
We prefer card and app payments.
We do not accept AmEx.
Fees are payable at the time of your appointment. We regret that we are unable to offer credit or payment plans.
Consultations
Appointments can be booked during the following times:
Monday to Friday 9am - 10.30am and 2.30pm - 6pm
Saturday 9am - 12noon*
* Saturday appointments are not suitable for exotic animals, reptiles and birds.
30 minute appointments are allocated to these pets within our Monday to Friday consultations.
A £40 deposit is payable in advance for these appointments.
If appointments are missed without 24 hours notice then a charge will be incurred.
This is payable before future appointments can be made for any of the client's animals.
Medication
Medication can be collected from the surgery, by prior request, during the above hours. Please order Mon to Thu for collection the next day after 2pm. Orders placed on Friday will be ready to collect after 2pm on Monday. Some medications are special order and require more notice - we will tell you this when such treatment is first dispensed for your pet.
Animals requiring repeat medication must be seen by the vet at least every three months.
Operations
If your animal has not been seen by one of our vets before, you will require a consultation first. Operations are carried out Monday to Friday from 11am onwards.
Animals booked for any standard operation are generally admitted between 9.30am and 10am and discharged the same day.
Any exceptions to this will be explained at the time of booking.
