Waiting Area

With the ongoing Covid-19 situation, we have made some changes to our processes so that we can continue to provide care for our client's pets to the best of our capabilities.

All processes are taking longer so ask for your co-operation and patience.

We are still not allowing clients into the building so be prepared to wait for your pet outside.

Card payments can be taken at the clinic. It may be useful to write down information to pass to the vet.

Please wear a mask when speaking to staff outside and handing over your pet.

Unfortunately, we are not able to take on new clients at this time.

We are unable to give telephone advice for non-clients.

We are now available Mon to Fri from 9am to 5pm for consultations and operations.

On Saturday mornings we are available 9am to 11am for consultations.

All appointments MUST be booked in advance by telephone only.

Please read here for further details.

Continue to check our Facebook Page for the latest information, including any bank holiday opening hours.

Current advice from the British Veterinary Association for pet owners during the Covid-19 outbreak can be read here.
